Direct plan changes are not currently supported. To switch to a different tier, you will need to cancel your active subscription, let your current billing cycle run out, and then subscribe to the new plan.
If you downgrade to a lower plan, your message retention period is reduced. Any saved messages in our database older than your new limit will be forgotten, meaning the bot won't be able to log their contents if they get deleted.
Your subscription applies to your account and gives you a quota of guilds. PRO LITE allows you to assign premium features to up to 10 servers simultaneously, and PRO up to 20 servers. If you switch tiers, all your assigned guilds automatically change to the new tier together.
