Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with Void Logger. All payments and subscriptions are processed through our Merchant of Record, Polar (Polar.sh). This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are available for paid Pro subscriptions to the Void Logger service.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day "no questions asked" money-back guarantee on all new Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund under the 14-day guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request is made within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • The subscription is the first purchase made on your account. Repeat purchases or returning customers are not eligible for a refund on subsequent subscriptions.
  • You have not been found to be in violation of our Terms of Service or Discord's Community Guidelines.
  • The refund request is not part of a pattern of repeated purchases and refunds (abuse of the system).

Important: Once your refund is approved and processed, it will result in the immediate cancellation of your subscription. All Discord servers associated with your account will immediately lose access to all Pro features. Warning: Any log data older than 12 hours will be permanently deleted upon cancellation.

3. Automatic Renewals

Charges resulting from automatic subscription renewals are generally non-refundable, except in the following case:

  • If you request a refund within 48 hours of the renewal charge, we will process a full refund for that renewal period.

To avoid unwanted renewal charges, you may cancel your subscription via Polar at any time before the end of your current billing cycle. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of the paid period.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios & Polar's Discretion

Refunds will generally not be issued by us in the following circumstances:

  • The refund request is made after the 14-day guarantee period or the 48-hour renewal window has expired.
  • Your access to the Service was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., logging illegal content or malicious abuse).
  • Service interruptions caused by factors outside of our control (such as Discord API outages).

Polar's Discretion: Because Polar acts as our Merchant of Record, they retain the independent right to issue refunds to users (up to 60 days after purchase) according to their own risk and fraud prevention policies. Polar's chargeback prevention measures may override our internal non-refundable scenarios.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  1. Email us at billing@voidlogger.xyz OR open a support ticket in our official Support Discord Server.
  2. Provide the following information:
    • Your Discord User ID
    • The email address associated with your Polar checkout
    • Your order ID from Polar (if available)

Our team will review your request and process it through Polar within 48 hours. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to settle.

6. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact our support team before filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in immediate suspension of your access to the Service and may permanently ban your account from future purchases.
